1. Fail to place cards
in hands of sellers

| 2. Fail to demonstrate how to sell the cards |
Pass the cards out and wait. Don't show them how to sell the cards. Don't tell them what to say. Let them try to figure it out. |
| 3. Fail to have early and frequent check ins |
Don't have first check in within three days. Only schedule one or two check ins for entire campaign. That way, people who are not selling cards will be able to prevent others who are selling from having as many cards available to sell. |
| If you fail on any one of the above three factors your sale will suffer! It cannot reach its potential. |
| If you fail on two of them your sale will be seriously maimed and crippled. |
| If you fail on all three, don't bother with CPR. It's too late! Your sale has assumed room temperature and is already DEAD! |
